Funding Requests


   

 

The CTSD PTA is always willing to accept funding requests. While we set our annual budget at the start of the school year, funding requests may be made at any time.

 

 

Requests should be sent in writing, using the Funding Request Form. Submit via in the PTA mailbox, located in the main office of each school building, and notify the PTA President @ ctsdpta@gmail.com. They will bring it to the board for consideration. If the board approves the request, it will then be brought to the general membership for approval and budget amendment, if needed. 

 

 

2024-2025 Guidelines

  • All requesting parties should discuss the request and get signed approval from their respective Principals or, if appropriate, the District Superintendent. 
  • Processing time is at least one month after submission of completed forms.
  • Supporting documentation for need and cost are recommended.
  • Student participation should be inclusive - funding requests that restrict participation to a selected few are likely to be declined.
  • Requests for capital expenses or non-district approved curriculum material will not be considered.
    • The National PTA does not support the use of PTA funds towards capital projects. However, the Clinton Twp PTA may consider fundraising support through volunteers or on an administrative basis.  The PTA will not directly fundraise for district related capital expenses.
