Direct Donations

This is our Armchair Fundraiser. 100% of your donations go to support our schools, whereas with our merchandise fundraisers, the PTA earns only a percentage of total sales. 

This is the most efficient and effective way to each family to support their students. Families can spend less time fundraising and more time learning and having fun!

Did you know that CTSD has nearly 1,200 students enrolled? Our annual budget is approximately $53,000, not including 8th grade graduation activities or in-kind donations. If every family directly donated $45 per student, we would cover our general fund budget WITHOUT any additional fundraising!

If your employer has a matching gift program, please include the company's form with your donation. 

Donations are tax deductible to the full extent allowable by law. You will receive notification of your charitable donation for tax purposes. Clinton Township PTA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (tax ID #).

Please note that there are several donation options in our online store. Be sure to choose the correct one(s) you would like to donate to. They include:

* Direct donations to our general fund. 100% goes towards funding all of our programs for Pre-K through 8th grade each year. 

* Direct donations to Tricky Tray - please note that this is not the same as donating to your grade's "Class of" account. This is for current 7th grade families to contribute towards basket prizes, which in return, nets a larger income to benefit their "Class of" account. Anything not used from that account is transferred to the Class of account after Tricky Tray is over. 

* Direct donations to restricted "Class of" accounts. These are the savings accounts that ultimately pays for your grade's 8th grade year end activities.

* Direct donations to your grade's Party/Activity Funds. This covers the costs of classroom parties at PMG/RVS and school-wide social gatherings at CTMS.

* Direct donations to Staff Appreciation Week - options for PMG, RVS, CTMS.
